Understanding that each person from youth to senior may be starting exercise at a place unique for them whereby there are special means without limits to what we can accomplish together. At one end of the spectrum there’s the long-term athlete development track for Olympic sports and then there’s the daily individualized track for anyone else aiming to just feel better and improve their health one training session at a time. Both tracks have similar foundations based on science - it’s in the way the coach/trainer conducts each personal session through shared communication and the understanding of the athletes/individual needs.

I believe that anyone can learn the pleasurable side of physical training with proper guidance and coaching. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but the amount of fun and increased levels of energy you will experience will exceed any discomfort. I started lifting weights around age 8 taught by my father. Exercise, lifting, fitness, health, sports and clean nutrition became a part of my everyday experience. I have my parents to thank for that! It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve.

As an NSCA certified strength & conditioning specialist and ACE certified master personal trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options and we can design your own personalized program together. Some folks want the get on stage and compete in a bodybuilding show, others want to run their first 5K. Couples may want to train together and just have fun with fitness. Professional or elite athletes may need restorative training methods conducted by an expert. There are no limits to which we can accomplish together.

My experience in fitness training includes a focus on having a positive mental attitude free from stress and anxiety. Training outdoors allows us to restore balance to our lives using the backdrop of nature as the facility. The unique program I've developed will help burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health and well being. A combination of strategic movements like yoga, low-intensity hiking, meditation, and a healthy diet, will help you achieve a heightened state of relaxation and happiness. 
I also enjoy teaching how to use nature for strength training, especially climbing trees, lifting heavy rocks and logs and just being mindful in the elements. Discovering the awesome liberating freedom of physical exertion when no one is watching and no one will ever know your accomplishments. Free from Utube, selfies, and mirrors sitting in a 200-year-old tree practicing silent meditation.
